Urgent Call to Prayer: Riots in Kenya

We've received reports of political unrest near our mission in Kenya. We pray that our church family in Kenya is unharmed during this time of rioting. The enemy is the author of chaos and disorder, but the Lord is the Prince of Peace. Let's come together to pray for peace in Kenya.

We know that true peace can only come from the Lord, which is why CFW is committed to reaching Kenya with the truth of the Gospel. These current events serve as confirmation that we are doing God's work. Let's not grow weary in doing good in Kenya.

Let's remember the words of the Apostle Paul in Romans 12:21

Do not be overcome by evil, but overcome evil with good.

In times of uncertainty, we are told exactly what we should do: we should do good! This means we seek the will of God for Kenya, and we continue the work God has started through our church in that country.

Our job is to keep doing our job! One part that you can play is to pray. These dear people are experiencing difficult times. Please ask the Lord to work amid the trials.

Here's a video we've received from the riots in Kisumu:

Here's another video showing that people on the street are selling rocks for the protests:

Thank you for praying for these dear people.
